Some
stores and government offices offer a Community Bulletin Board at
their locations. You are welcomed to post any community events or want
ads. Beware some of these Bulletin Boards are periodically cleared and
might have some restrictions.
Pros:
- It cheap.
- Can be posted for a long time (might be good; might
be bad).
- Everyone can have your personal information, such as
phone number and address.
Cons:
- You are dependent on the buyer finding your ad on the
board and are in competition with other ads.
- Anyone and everyone can get your personal
information.
- Don’t have all the information such as address, phone
number or pertinent facts about the item.
- Some Community Bulletin Boards have time
restrictions.
- You keep getting phone calls after the fact, because
you forgot to take the ad down after the sale.
